About the artist
Born in Glasgow in 1962, the artist saw his early passions for cars and design combine when he became a car designer, learning the disciplines at Coventry Polytechnic and the Royal College of Art.
He began his career at Volkswagen in 1986 where he was involved in various exterior and interior design projects, before joining the faculty of the Art Center Europe, the Swiss branch of the famous Pasadena school, to teach design and drawing.
